The Best Way to Send a Pitch (and Not Screw It Up)

Sending your pitch via email is the best method.
"But Justin…"
Nope. Ssshhhh. Stop.
Email.
Here are my best practices:
Don't use generic subject lines like "Collaborate?" Instead, lead with whatever was "Relevant" from your R.O.P.E. pitch, e.g., "Idea for #SummerSixPack campaign?"
In the email body, add your R.O.P.E. pitch and nothing more. Delete any extra fluff or ego-stroking about how awesome you or your audience are. The brand doesn't care.
Send your pitch on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. People dig out their inboxes on Monday and mentally check out on Friday.

Get the ongoing support you need to set win-win pricing, submit spellbinding proposals, and negotiate like a pro.
