Don't Ignore the Changing World Around You; Plan for the Future

When short-form video content started growing in popularity, I crossed my arms like a curmudgeon and looked down my nose.

"I'm a YouTuber. I'm not going to do that."

So I watched from the sidelines for years as others grew massive audiences by embracing a new format.

When I finally broke down and decided I couldn't ignore short-form's popularity any longer, I felt regret.

Not because my peers had surpassed me.

But because I had refused to believe the world was changing around me.

There were two main reasons I reversed my stance:
