Affiliate Terms
1. What you earn
Commission depends on what the person buys, and the current rate for each product is listed in the Creator Wizard Affiliate Swipe File, which also has everything you need to promote them.
Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays after any discount, and excludes tax, refunds, chargebacks and credits.
If you have been invited to a tier with different rates, the rates we confirmed to you in writing apply to that product instead.
2. When you get paid
You are only paid when we are paid. Commissions are paid Net 30 after the refund period expires. If a referral asks for and receives a refund, no commission is paid.
3. Refunds and chargebacks
If a customer is refunded or charges back, the commission for that payment is cancelled. If we have already paid it, we take it off your next payout. If there is no next payout, you send it back within 30 days of us asking.
4. Taxes and W-9
This program is for US partners. We need your completed W-9 before we can send any payout — email it to support@creatorwizard.com. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we report payments to the IRS where required.
5. Who counts
A referral counts when a new, unique customer you referred buys and stays past the refund period.
These do not count: someone who is already a customer of that product; an existing customer upgrading or switching billing cycle; a refunded, fraudulent or charged-back transaction; a self-referral, duplicate or free account.
6. How referrals are tracked
Your link is how we know who you sent. When someone clicks it, they are tagged as yours for 60 days, and you are credited if they buy in that window. If they clicked another partner’s link more recently, they are tagged to that partner. We can also credit a direct introduction by hand. Our records decide who is credited.
7. Your link and your code
Always promote your own tracking link. If you have been given a discount code for your audience, it only pays you when it arrives through your link — a code passed around on its own carries no attribution, so the discount is given away and nobody is credited. Do not post your codes to coupon or deal sites.
8. No gaming the links
Do not refer yourself or a business you own. Do not alter or cloak the links, claim credit without a real click, send spam, create duplicate or fake accounts, or pay people to click. Do not bid on Creator Wizard, Justin Moore, Sponsor Mole, Sponsor Magnet or Sponsor Games as search terms. We do not honor retroactive attribution claims without evidence.
9. Disclosure
Include a disclosure on every promotion, for example: “I’m a proud affiliate for Justin which means if you sign up, I’ll receive a commission.”
10. What you say about us
Do not promise specific results, quote prices we have not published, or agree to anything on our behalf.
11. Your status
You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Creator Wizard.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.
13. Changes and ending
We may update these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Either of us can end the partnership at any time. Commissions already owed for customers who have paid are still paid, unless you broke section 8, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.
